The mission of the Teacher Talent and Recruitment team is to provide you with all the information you need to make an educated decision in your job search. We are here to answer your questions and provide you with the resources you need. The Teacher Talent and Recruitment team within Manassas City Public Schools Human Resources Department collaborates with employees and supervisors to improve and maintain employee-employee relationships. Our goal is to hire diverse, high-quality educators who implement best practices in support of maximizing each MCPS student's success. 

We do this by:

• Partnering with universities and community organizations

• Participating in recruitment fairs and conferences

• Hosting teacher candidates through internships and school visits 

• Providing resources to support a smooth transition into teaching within our school district
