The SEAC supports special education opportunities by gathering, sharing, and disseminating information to the Manassas City Public Schools (MCPS) Office of Special Education and the MCPS school board. We welcome parents, students, MCPS staff, and the community's support of raising awareness and advocating for children with special needs.

To provide access to information and assistance to families, educators and students in order to foster partnerships; increase educational opportunities and encourage success for all children.
