Physical Education & Health Education

Mission Statement:

The mission of the physical education and health education program is to help students learn the skills necessary for performing a variety of healthy activities.  The goal is for students to be exposed to and understand the benefits of achieving and maintaining a physically active lifestyle, and to develop  a firm understanding of healthy choices and the impact those have on their health throughout a lifetime.

Students will be exposed to new forms of instructional methods that will help move  physical education and health education classes into the new modern era of blended learning and technology enhanced education.
