With Employee Self-Service (ESS), you can view your current home address and telephone number(s), email address, payroll direct deposit information, federal and state tax withholding information as well as your leave balance. After you've logged in, you can print your direct deposit paystubs and use the payroll simulator tool to see how deductions/withholding changes affect your pay.

The process for viewing and printing the electronic W-2 Form is simple.  Just follow these steps:

• Log in to ESS.

• Once logged in to ESS, click on Pay/Tax Information link from menu

• Click on W-2

• Within the W-2 Information Section, select the Year from the dropdown menu

• Here you can View the selected W-2 online statement

• To View and Print the PDF version of your W-2 Form, click on View W-2 image

• The W-2 Form will appear in a viewing and printable format.
