Manassas City Public Schools offers a competitive and comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability and retirement benefits. Eligible employees may elect to participate in a health plan with Anthem or Kaiser Permanente, which both include medical, dental, pharmacy and vision coverage. For individuals who don't need medical coverage, we offer stand-alone dental and vision plans. Employees may also choose to enroll in health care and dependent care flexible spending accounts. Full-time employees are automatically enrolled in the Virginia Retirement System (VRS). Supplemental retirement plans are offered through Lincoln Financial.
