OHS Students Participate in Community Art Exhibit
January 2, 2019...Osbourn students are participating in the 15th annual “Off the Wall” high school art exhibit and competition at the Center for the Arts @ the Candy Factory.
The exhibit runs from December 18—January 25 and features artwork by local area high school students, including visual art, poetry, wearable art, digital art, and photography and 3D prints, among many other artistic styles and media. Visitors will also be able to view students’ artwork during a special ‘Open House’ reception on Saturday, January 5 from 2-4 p.m. at the Center for the Arts (9419 Battle Street). Awards will be announced at the Open House, which is free and open to the public.
A snow date for the Open House event has been set for January 12th. The exhibit will be at Lockheed Martin for the month of February following the exhibit at the Center for the Arts.
The 2018-2019 exhibit consists of 35 student artists. Congratulations to OHS students Francesco Feltri, Luke Pham, and Ricky Martinez who are participating in this year’s exhibit and competition.
