Hello! I am Anne Rhatican. I am new to first grade this year. I have taught pre-k since 2009 when I joined Manassas City Schools. I have two grown daughters; one in law school and the other will graduate from college soon. We have a dog, Noodles. I look forward to meeting and knowing your children this year.
