Hi, my name is Kathy Ray. I have been a special education teacher at Manassas City Public Schools for 22 years. I have worked at Haydon Elementary School and Baldwin Elementary School. I have a bachelor's degree in special education from California University of Pennsylvania.  I am excited to be working with your kids this school year.
