The Executive Director of Finance & Operations oversees and executes the business related functions of the school division in compliance with laws, policies, regulations, and best business practices.

- Food & Nutrition Services
In accordance with the 2017-2021 Strategic Plan for Manassas City Public Schools, the Department's goal is to operate effectively and efficiently, providing high-quality service to students and staff that enhances the learning environment in a cost-effective manner.
The primary goal of the Finance & Operations Department is to maintain and strengthen financial integrity, management practices and internal controls.
