I teach 2nd grade. I have an Elementary Education degree from Waynesburg University in Waynesburg, Pennsylvania. This is my 28th year teaching elementary school. I have taught Kindergarten, 1st grade, 2nd grade, and 3rd grade. I began my career here at Jennie Dean as a 1st-grade teacher in 1995, and was here for 11 years. I taught in Fauquier County for 9 years when my boys were young.  I returned to Jennie Dean in 2015, and am over the moon about it. I grew up in Manassas City, so I feel as if Jennie Dean is my 2nd home. I attended Haydon Elementary, Jennie Dean Middle School, and graduated from Osbourn in 1990.  

We will learn many exciting things this year.  We will travel the world and explore different civilizations. We will work hard and have fun learning, exploring, and gaining knowledge.
