Hello :-) Welcome to the 2019-2020 school year!! I teach Math 8 and Algebra 1 at Metz Middle School to a combination of 7th & 8th graders. This year is my 22nd year teaching for the Manassas City Public Schools and 26 years in total.

I earned my bachelor's degree from the University of Pittsburgh in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. I also completed my Master of Education Degree in School Librarianship from Longwood University.

I love teaching Algebra 1 and Math and am so thankful to be working with my students each and every day. I want nothing more than for them to be successful students in my classroom as they prepare for highschool.
