My name is Cheryl Fischer and I teach second grade.  I have a B.A. in English from the University of New Hampshire and a M.Ed. in Reading/Literacy from City University of Seattle.  I also have a Multiple Subject Teaching Credential from California State University at Sacramento and a CLAD (Crosscultural Language and Academic Development certificate) from CA.  I hold current teaching credentials from CA, NM and VA. This is my twenty-first year of teaching and I have taught grades 1 - 4 as well as adult ESL.

This year I will be sharing with my students the joy of books and writing and the magic of numbers!
