Hello and Welcome to Music!  

My name is Mrs. Drummond and I teach Music! I have a degree in Music Therapy from the University of Minnesota, and I am also certified as a Music Educator, K-12. I have over 30 years teaching experience. I joined the MCPS family in 2007, and since then have taught at Round Elementary. In my spare time, I work as a Choir Director at All Saints Catholic Church, and as a Music Director for the Upper Room Theatre in Manassas. My awards and recognitions include: Hal Leonard Corporation Star Teacher, Grammy Music Educator nominee, Round Elementary Teacher of the Year and Apple Award recipient. My favorite instruments include the guitar and flute. I look forward to sharing some songs with the ROCKIN' ROUND RACCOONS!
