Welcome! My name is Mrs. Foxwell and I have been teaching Kindergarten at Baldwin Elementary since 2022. I am originally from a small town in Pennsylvania. My husband and I just recently moved to Stafford, and I am already in love with this community. I am a proud Penn State Graduate of 2022.
