Welcome! My name is Jennifer Thompson. I teach second grade at G.C. Round Elementary. I began my teaching career here at Round in 1988.  After fourteen years of classroom teaching and multiple degrees later, I served as a Reading Specialist & Literacy Coach for MCPS.  I served at Baldwin Elementary, Weems Elementary, and Haydon Elementary.  I am thrilled to return to my roots as a classroom teacher, where my students bring me so much joy! I look forward to working with you this year.
