I wanted to take a moment to introduce myself, my name is Katrina Morgan. I received my degree in Elementary Education from Radford University. I’m originally from Culpeper, VA, but I moved to Remington in the spring. I started out teaching 1^st grade in 2017, and this will be my second year teaching 2^nd grade! I enjoy teaching and especially like to teach math! I love teaching the elementary students because they have so much energy and potential. They help keep me active 😊

I spend a lot of my personal time reading and playing softball. Every weekend I play softball with my husband and family. In my free time, I enjoy reading. I’m also an animal lover!  I have a cat named Max, and will hopefully be adding two german shepherds to our family. 

          I’m really looking forward to getting to know all the children.  If you ever have any questions or concerns, please don’t hesitate to call or email. In 2nd grade reading tends to focus more towards comprehension skills and will get tough, but together we can make it great!
