He holds a bachelor’s degree in elementary education from the Pennsylvania State University and a master’s degree in education, administration and supervision (educational leadership) from the University of Virginia. He will complete his doctorate in educational leadership and policy studies this summer from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University.
