Hello, Haydon Hawks! My name is Susan Geiger and I teach Kinder through 2nd grade Special Education. I am so excited to be your student's teacher for the 2022-2023 school year! This will be my fourth year at R.C. Haydon Elementary School. I received a bachelor’s degree in Child and Adolescent Development from California State University, Fullerton and recently received my Masters in Special Education from George Mason University. When I am not teaching I enjoy spending time with my family or reading a book. This school year I look forward to helping my students reach all of their goals and become resilient members of their community. I am so excited to spend another year as a Haydon Hawk!!

¡Hola, halcones de Haydon! Me llamo Susan Geiger y yo enseño la educación especial para estudiantes de kínder hasta 2.⁰ grado. ¡Estoy muy emocionada de ser la maestra de su hijo o hija para el año escolar 2022-2023! Este será mi cuarto año en la Escuela Primaria R.C. Haydon. Recibí una licenciatura en Desarrollo Infantil y Adolescente de la Universidad Estatal de California, Fullerton, y recientemente obtuve mi maestría en Educación Especial de la Universidad George Mason. Cuando no estoy enseñando, disfruto pasando tiempo con mi familia o leyendo un libro. Este año escolar, espero ayudar a mis estudiantes a alcanzar todas sus metas y convertirse en miembros resilientes de su comunidad. ¡¡No puedo esperar pasar otro año como un halcón de Haydon!!
