My name is Tameco Jackson. I am the P.E. teacher at Haydon. I received my degree from Virginia Commonwealth University (VCU).  I love everything about fitness:  sports, wellness, nutrition and exercise. I want the students, through all of our games/sports/activities, to develop a passion for fitness and understand the importance of having good overall health. I am happy to be a part of the Haydon family.  I look forward to being an impactful part of each student's growth. 

Mi nombre es Tameco Jackson y soy la maestra de P.E en Haydon. Soy una alumna de VCU. Amo todos los aspectos de la aptitud física, el bienestar y ejercicios. Quiero que los estudiantes desarrollen una pasión por la aptitud física y entiendan la importancia de estar activos físicamente, a través de juegos/deportes/actividades que haremos este año. Estoy muy emocionada y feliz de ser parte de la familia de Haydon. ¡Pongámonos en forma y tengamos un grandioso año!
