Welcome! My name is Amanda Leibert, and this will be my fifth year teaching at Baldwin Elementary School. I have a bachelor's degree in marketing from George Mason University in Fairfax, Virginia, and a master's degree in elementary education from George Washington University in Washington, D.C. I am certified to teach Pre-K through 6th grade in both Virginia and Washington, D.C. I am proud to have been the Manassas City First Year Oustanding Teacher of the Year for the 2018-2019 school year. I am also a graduate of Manassas City Public Schools, having attended Haydon Elementary, Metz Middle School, and graduating from Osbourn High School. Teaching is a second career for me, and I love it! Please meet my wonderful classroom instructional assistant, Heather Bezek, below. We are both looking forward to an amazing school year at Baldwin!

Hi! My name is Heather Bezek. I began working at Baldwin Elementary School as a permanent substitute in 2003 and became a full-time Instructional Assistant in 2006. My husband, Bill, and I have two sons, Tyler and Zack, who attended Baldwin Elementary and they both graduated from Osbourn High School. Tyler graduated from Virginia Tech with a degree in Mechanical Engineering and Zack graduated from Radford University with a degree in Nutrition and Dietetics. They are both married now and I have two daughters-in-law! I love working with kindergarten students and watching them learn!! Looking forward to a wonderful school year at Baldwin!!
