Michael Spiller brings over 30 years of practical, real-world business experience to the classrooms at Osbourn High School. He has extensive knowledge with information technology and served as the Chief Information Officer for 15 years at the Heritage Foundation in Washington, DC. He has most recently owned and managed a successful outdoor events management company. For four years Michael taught a variety of business courses at George Mason University's School of Business.
Michael holds an undergraduate degree in Management Information Systems from the University of South Florida and two Master’s degrees, Information Systems and Telecommunication from Johns Hopkins University Carey Business School.
Michael is also an outdoor enthusiast. He enjoys everything about the outdoors. He likes mountain biking, hiking and running. He resides in Centreville, VA with his wife, two teenage children and their family pet, their dog Beaver.
