Mr. David Frederick

I am in my fourth year of teaching within the CTE department at Osbourn High sSchool. After working as an electrical engineer for IBM/Lockheed Martin for 33 years, I started my second career as a technology teacher. I have mentored the OHS Robotics Club for 13 years, where I enjoy teaching students about core technologies.

I graduated in 1983, from the University of South Carolina. I have worked on commercial satellite communication systems, military communication systems, Navy helicopter mission systems, and Department of Defense information systems. I greatly enjoy system engineering, system integration and test and cybersecurity.

My goal is to teach students about technology to support their career choice.
