Manassas City Public Schools offers a competitive and comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability and retirement benefits. Eligible employees may elect to participate in a medical, dental, pharmacy and vision plan with Anthem or Kaiser Permanente. For individuals who don't need medical coverage, we offer stand alone dental and vision plans. Employees may also choose to enroll in health care and dependent care flexible spending accounts. Full-time employees are automatically enrolled in the Virginia Retirement System (VRS). Supplemental retirement plans are offered through Lincoln Financial.
