 MCPS MEAL ACCOUNT REFUND REQUEST 
If you are relocating from Manassas City Public Schools, there are multiple options available for remaining meal fund balances. TRANSFER FUNDS: Request remaining balance to be transferred to a sibling still enrolled in MCPS or a designated student. REFUND: Request remaining balance to be refunded. Refunds that are $15 or more will be will be sent via mail as a check. Refunds under $15 will need to be picked up at Central Office. Refunds may take up to 6 weeks for processing. IF YOU HAVE BEEN USING THE AUTOMATIC PREPAYMENT FUNCTION ON THE MYSCHOOLBUCKS.COM WEBSITE, PLEASE MAKE SURE TO TURN OFF THE AUTOMATIC PREPAYMENTS BEFORE REQUESTING A TRANSFER OR REFUND.
