I am thrilled to be part of the Mayfield Intermediate School family teaching  6th grade Language Arts and Social Studies! While this is my first year at Mayfield, I taught for 25 years in a neighboring school district. I am passionate about reading and writing, and I love to make learning meaningful, engaging, and fun. It is my personal goal to help all of my students deepen their love of reading, and if they don't enjoy reading, I will work tirelessly to help them find the book that makes them discover how wonderful reading really is.
