This group of business and community leaders are advocates for educational excellence. They form the bridge between the schools and the business community in order to create enriching educational opportunities for all Manassas City students. 
     
    The Foundation continually seeks to increase the number of business/school partnerships and would gladly welcome anyone who would like to become involved in these efforts.

Manassas City Public Schools Education Foundation Scholarships

  • Manassas City Public Schools Education Foundation (MCPSEF) is delighted to offer scholarships to graduating Osbourn High School seniors. Funding for these scholarships comes from a variety of sponsors and each has unique eligibility requirements. Scholarship applications will be reviewed by a committee composed of MCPSEF board members and sponsors and will be awarded in May.
