    The mission of the MCPS Food and Nutrition Services Department is to provide enjoyable, wholesome, high quality, nutritious meals and food items served in an efficient, friendly manner at a price customers can afford. Our food and nutrition staff work diligently each day to ensure all Manassas City students receive meals that promote healthy lifestyles. We also seek ways to educate students and their families about nutrition, aligning our curriculum with state and federal guidelines as well as the local wellness policy that guides the school division. 


    Free and reduced meal applications are available.
      You may complete an online application by clicking on the appropriate link in the left navigation, or simply click here.  You may choose to submit your application online - no additional paperwork is required.   Paper copies are avalible at the school main office and cafeteria.  You may submit the completed application to a school official, the cafeteria manager, or deliver it to Food Services located at 8700 Centreville Road, 4th Floor.  Please contact 571-377-6057 if you have any questions concerning the meal application.

    To file a program complaint of discrimination, complete the USDA Program Discrimination Complaint Form, (AD-3027) found online at: http://www.ascr.usda.gov/complaint_filing_cust.html, and at any USDA office, or write a letter addressed to USDA and provide in the letter all of the information requested in the form.
